Our Team

Stacy applies 20+ years’ leadership in natural resource and outdoor recreation initiatives with an emphasis on watershed/natural resources planning and collaboration. Stacy holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and bachelor’s in art and environmental studies. She is an alumnus of the Center for Creative Leadership’s Nonprofit Executive Leadership Program and University of Utah’s Environmental Dispute Resolution Collaboration Certificate programs. Stacy has served as executive director of two nonprofits and has held numerous leadership positions in nonprofit and government boards and commissions.

Shannon has 15+ years’ professional experience in natural resource management and collaboration including roles as an associate director for a conservation nonprofit, as a regional representative for a U.S. Senator and as a park ranger for Colorado Parks and Wildlife. Her facilitation background includes engaging public-private partnerships, place-based collaboratives, and regional collaborative networks. Shannon holds a bachelor’s in Environmental Studies and Outdoor Recreation with a minor in Biology, and is engaged in her community through volunteer work and as a municipal board member.
